How Are We Doing?
Thursday, May 17th, 2007Life is busy; everyone can agree to that, but that is still no excuse for bad service. I heard a story today about a lady who went to a restaurant and was having a horrible experience (haven’t we all!), only to have her waitress tell her she must be having a bad day. The lady laughed and said, “Well I wasn’t having a bad day till I came to eat here.” How many times has a story like this happened to you? I would be willing to say that it has happened to us all at some point. Today I attended a Customer Service seminar to learn how to better serve our “customers”, and by customers I really mean our students.
So I guess what I really want to know is how is Austin Peay doing? Are you getting the service you would like from us? If so; tell us about it, that way we can keep it up! If not; how could we serve you better?
Just a little thought I had and who better to get feedback from than you, our actual customers!
